Family Conversation Session
A private, unhurried meeting to understand your situation and explain your options calmly. The whole session is devoted to hearing your account first, then providing a clear, honest explanation of what Thai family law provides in your circumstances. You leave with a written summary and no obligation to proceed further.

Family Agreement Support
Considerate help reaching workable family agreements while keeping discussion respectful and conflict low. This service is designed for situations where both sides are willing to reach an arrangement but need structured, legally sound support to get there.
We prepare the necessary documents, manage correspondence on your behalf, and ensure any arrangement reached is accurately set out in terms that will hold. Follow-up is included throughout the one-to-two-month engagement period.

Service 03
Full Family Representation
Complete, sensitive handling of a contested family matter through to resolution. This service is for situations where an agreement cannot be reached without formal legal proceedings, or where the complexity or stakes of the matter require full professional management from the outset.
We take responsibility for the whole file — every document, every filing, every court appearance, and all correspondence. You receive frequent, clear updates throughout, and a closing report at the end of the matter summarising the outcome and any remaining considerations.
